Music Giveaway: Kings Of Leon Tonight At Stubb's

KOL.jpg

Tennessee's Kings Of Leon are HUGE in Europe. Their modern Southern rock owes as much to The Strokes as it does to The Allmans, meaning that the group appeals to classic rock hounds as well as some of the indie kids. KoL hit Stubb's tonight in a sold-out show supporting their third album Because Of The Times, which has gotten raves from The Onion, Entertainment Weekly, and Filter. There's no shortage of loud guitars, yowling, and garage-rock energy here, though the band is a rather love it or hate it affair.

For your chance to see Kings Of Leon and Snowden tonight for free, enter below and we'll be in touch if you win. And if you're not a winner, don't despair: the band will return in September for an ACL Festival appearance.

Congrats to our winners!

they aren't on the acl lineup.... did they drop out?

  • me

I saw them a couple of years ago at La Zona Rosa, and I have to agree, their live show was not that great. . .

  • ol'pappy

Eric Clapton is that really YOU!?!?

I think all the tickets are free at the door or at least they should be. Who actually likes this band? I've never heard anything good about them.

  • Eric Clapton

This band puts on the worst live show ever. They're like the Strokes on sedatives.
