Spring Has Sprung Twinkie Cakes

The ladies at Sweet Tempered continue to offer new, creative ideas for entertaining. Their latest little masterpiece is their Spring Twinkie Cake - a golden vanilla rosewater cake filled with homemade strawberry jam and a fluffly buttercream icing. Topped with pink and green fondant flowers, these cakes are 6" high, retail for $30 and serve 8-12 people.

If you don’t need a full cake, they also offer a Twinkie Cupcake made of the same vanilla cake, strawberry jam, and fluffy buttercream icing and topped with a single fondant flower. ($28 per dozen.)
