<description>&lt;p&gt;Some people just don&apos;t get it, or have no imagination. Steampunk is a brilliant alternative history world (i.e., what if Lee won at Gettysburg) that seems to be much more fun that the Medieval/Renessance Festival fantasy world. I followed the Wikipedia link (you just have to eliminate the bit of HTML at the end in the address bar) and spent a marvelous half hour going through the Brass Goggles website. I have clothing that can be 1880s , and I will make my own pair of Brass Goggles to get the $10 admission

Luna Tart is a brilliant performer (and a fellow Austin Puppet Society Member) and St. Idiots Collective just may be the best theater company in town, and very nice people to boot. And the Austin Robot group, featured on Dave Atell’s Up All Night, will be there too!! And EEF is a great group to give money to. They are out on the front lines, fighting for our rights.!
