Daily Juice To Open Second Location
Unless you frequent the Hike and Bike Trail or attend Austin High School, you may not have noticed the recent construction of a lime green wall and several over-sized pieces of fruit on the southwest corner of Veterans Drive and Lake Austin Boulevard. These new additions to a popular West Austin corner, already host to Magnolia Cafe, Thundercloud Subs and Deep Eddy Cabaret, are attributed to the good people at Daily Juice down on Barton Springs Road, who have decided to expand westward.
This new Daily Juice is actually just an add-on to the back of Twenty Three 07, an old house turned fine furniture store that also recently moved into the neighborhood.
The new shop looks to have plenty of shaded outdoor seating and will rely strictly on foot traffic, offering virtually no parking--similar to their Barton Springs Road location. However, Veterans Drive, when not cluttered with ACLers or Magnolia overflow, offers plenty of curbside parking and is likely attract lots of business from students, runners, Deep Eddy swimmers or any event that takes place at Zilker Park.
The Barton Springs location will stay open and operating, while this location will open the third week of March.

Is this the equivalent of daily juice "going corporate?" I'm waiting for my franchise opportunity.
Didn't they have another location on South Congress out of a trailer already, or am I high on wheatgrass again?
the streamline (or whatever those rvs are called) project was abandoned. ask matt shook to tell you a joke next time you are in the juice. or ask for a movie recommendation, a non-911 rec., that is.
I think they have a rv at Sunset Valley Farmer's Market every Saturday.
This must cut the hippie factor down by at least 50%... Next location: Arboretum!
That place is destined to become the king of the juice.
