Ben Franklin: A Rock Opera by Spencer Driggers, Michael Federico, and Cameron Cobb (The Getalong Gang Performance Group)
All school children know that Benjamin Franklin sold his soul to the Devil. But do they know that on his quest for “the lightning of the gods” he did scale the treacherous mountain peaks of Philadelphia, did meet darkest Evil at every turn, and did stare into the three faces of the ancient three-headed eagle? Do they also know that he rocked? If not, this exploration of history, performance, and pure metal will explain it all for them.

And Who Disguised by Robert Faires
Faced with the prospect of having a long-hidden secret exposed, a man ponders the double life he’s led, who he truly is, and what we see and don’t see.

Radio Ghosts by Greg Romero, Commissioned by Austin Script Works
A father tries to speak to his lost son through radio waves. A woman carrying a wool blanket appears and shatters the world. A physician tests his imagination with a patient who continually falls into fires. Using Electronic Voice Phenomenon as inspiration, Radio Ghosts is a multi-layered work that combines live performance and recorded sound, creating a real-time, performative conversation between what is live, what is electronically composed, and what is beyond our imagination. Written by Greg Romero, music by Mike Vernusky, directed by Andrew Merkel, lighting design by Kimberly Cowan, dramaturgy by Genevieve Wiley. Performed by Cody Kirk, Michael Kranes, Fadi Skeiker, and Allison Whittinghill.

Say-anything-do-anything-start-anything-go-bankrupt-and-start-anything-society by Eugene Oh
A soldier’s “15 minutes” presented by the Austin theater company Humdrum Collective. Back from a tour in Iraq, a veteran attempts his first theatrical endeavor.
Distance by Nigel O’Hearn. (Company II)
Set in 1975 Pittsburg, Pennsylvania; the closer a family allows a stranger into itself, the further it is ripped apart.
