Friday Night Lights Looking for Local Music Fans

Austinist reader Christien Bings alerted us to a Myspace bulletin posted by local band Lil' Cap'n Travis, who'll be making an appearance in an upcoming episode of Friday Night Lights. They're currently looking for a handful of paid extras to serve as "Austin Club Goers":

The Lil' Cap'n Travis Band will be performing for a scene in the NBC television series, Friday Night Lights on Friday, February 9, 2007. We are looking for fans of the band that might be interested in being PAID EXTRAS in the scene as Austin Club Goers watching the band.

This scene will likely take place in the morning to early afternoon. We are looking for men & women over the age of 18 to be in the scene.

If you are interested in working with us on this project, please visit our casting website at www.onlocationcasting.net and fill out a TALENT APPLICATION. Be sure to upload a photo of yourself into your talent application. This is a paid extras job, rate for Texas being $54 for an 8-hour day. THERE IS NO FEE TO BE A PART OF THIS PROJECT!!!!!
