The newest addition to the 2110 South Lamar block—already home to Birds Barbershop, Downstairs, 365 Ways, Roost, and Legendary Beads—is The Waxing Studio, which celebrates its grand opening this Thursday. Billing itself as the city's "first and only all-waxing salon," this new location and the original shop on William Cannon both offer an affordable variety of spa services.
In conjunction with their Grand Opening party (wine, $1 eyebrow waxes for the first twenty guests, etc), we're giving away a free waxing courtesy of the folks at the Waxing Studio -- we're not sure which kind, but we'll let you know if you're our lucky winner.
