Snapshots: UT Finally Begins Spring Semester

Water was certainly the theme of the day as University of Texas students dodged melting ice and puddles in order to make it to class on the university's first day of the spring semester.

Pictured above, the West Mall Fountain, in front of The Union, bared the heaviest foot traffic as hordes of unprepared students crossed the street to purchase overpriced textbooks from The Co-Op.
