Emo's Free Week w/Crash Gallery and Friends

Here, as we collectively tremble at the gaping maw of 2007, Emo's, in its infinite magnanimity, has provided us with an entire week of free shows. Stopping in over the past few nights we've seen many strange and wonderful things: screaming female hardcore vocalists, punk as pure as black baby powder, hirsute hipsters, and faces on the floor, having been viciously rocked off. Tonight will be no different in that there is sure to be some great bands, interesting patrons, a pretty good brand of beer for two bucks, and the effervescent hope for a great new year in the air.

What better band to kickstart your year than Crash Gallery? Their unbearably awesome 80s influenced ear nuggets will both take you back and catapult you forward. AM Syndicate, an Austin staple, will also be performing their dark and dramatic set, each song a mini-epic. Openers Prom Nite with their electro-punk and Lalaland with their singularly affecting pop-rock round things out. Don't miss one of the few great shows of the year that doesn't require any down payment!

WHY ARE EMOS SO SOFT AND WHINY? BACK WHEN I WAS A KID BEING ALL EMO WOULD GET YOUR BOOTAY STOMPED. THIS IS WHY WE NEED MANDATORY 2 YEARS SERVICE IN THE MILITARY. OUR YOUTH HAVE GONE SOFT AND THEIR MUSIC SOUNDS LIKE CRYBABYS.

YOU EMOS NEED TO TUFFEN UP.

JUB

PS - GET A HARICUT TOO...YOU ALL LOOK LIKE GIRLS.

True...for the exception of Lalaland. They'll take your ass outside any time. No whining there; just hard pipe hitting mother fuckits.
