Awesome! The Drafthouse is one of the reasons a little smugness creeps into my voice when I talk to friends in other parts of the country. Yeah, NYC has great museums, theater, and gets its movies a little earlier than we do, but we have the Drafthouse (a few of them, actually). I can live with that.

Two weeks ago on Ugly Betty there was a reference to UT. The Vanessa Williams character was trying to impress a stereotypical Texan, decorating her office with a big pair of longhorns. When the Texan asked if she went to UT, she played it off on her flamboyantly gay assistant, who said "Yee-haw!" We.are.everywhere.

I like the show, especially Hiro. I heard him mention the Drafthouse and forgot it after he zipped back to Japan instead of kissing the waitress. So sad! I love my Hiro.

Heros is a good show! It's too bad you aren't watching it. Ok, some of the acting can be, at times, a bit wooden - my boyfriend refers to the lead guy Peter Patrelli as "Keanu" - but so far the show has been entertaining.
