Zilker Tree Gets Its Switch Flipped This Sunday

This year's Zilker Tree Lighting Ceremony takes place on Sunday evening at 6pm. Constructed using one of Austin's few remaining Moonlight Towers, the Zilker "Tree" stands over 150 feet tall, with over 3,300 individual lights connected up to a 10-foot-wide double star. Other fun facts are available here.
