<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;d love to vote for Austin as a Top Arts Destination, but more than that I&apos;d love for Austin to actually be a Top Arts Destination.  I&apos;ll be voting for Chicago, San Fran and Milwaukee.  There&apos;s not much that Milwaukee does better than Austin, but at art is beats us handily.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
