Food. Booze. Art. Local Music. What else is there in life? The good folks over at YTCC have put together the ultimate party this weekend: Party Art: The Art Party!, this Saturday at Art Amici. There's so much packed into this one little soiree that we have to resort to a bulleted list to tell you about all the goodness:

Food from Chow Baby, wine from Treana Winery, and cheese from Central Market.
Performances from local actors, poets, dancers, and other multi-talented folks: Brenna Kuhn, Big Poppa E, The Frank Mills, Zenobia Taylor, Steve Barney, Meg Glascoff, Megan Knotz, Jason Tremblay, Molly Roy, and Juliane Taylor & Tim Doyle.
Emceeing by the incomparable Shannon McCormick.
Live music from The Early Tapes, Fancy Feast, and more.
Artwork on auction by the likes of Travis Nichols, Margot Herster, Sandra Jackson, Rell Ohlson, Cherie Weaver, and Alyson Fox.

Tickets differ based on how much partying you want to do. The options are:

The whole sh'bang—Dinner, wine & cheese tasting, 3 drink tickets, and a kitchen pass for shakin' it all night long. $40 per, starts at 8pm sharp, and reservations required (email or call 466-5221 by tomorrow at midnight).

The arts & more score—Enjoy the art auction, performances of poetry & such by some awesome local talent, and 2 drink tickets. $20 per, starts at 9pm sharp, and it's best if you email or call (466-5221) ahead.

The booty-shaker special—Music, music, and more music! Plus 1 drink ticket to get you warmed up. $10 at the door starting at 10:30pm. Just c'mon over baby!
