Hot Real Estate Listings

For Sale Banner.jpg

We were feeling a little down about the Hot Real Estate Listings column (cuz a lot of people seem to hate it), but then the Statesman "borrowed" the idea and profiled a house that was in this column over a month ago (still for sale, btw). So, we're feeling a little more positive about it. Here are the listings for today:

1314BobHarrison.jpg1314 Bob Harrison Street - $289,000, 1,539 square foot house built in 1937 and recently remodeled. Nice location near Oakwood Cemetery. Great floors and windows. Wood floors in one bathroom! Bananas on bananas.

4100Clawson.jpg4100 Clawson Road - $260,000, 1,304 square feet. Built in 1945. Crazy lot - 331 feet deep! 65 feet wide. A skinny half acre. Cute house. In 78704 near 290.

1200Holly.jpg1200 Holly - $163,900, 598 square feet. Built in 1930. Tiny, but cute. No interior pics. Nice location near town lake and downtown, but a little close to I-35.

Photos from Justin Cox, Coldwell Banker United, Wilson & Goldrick, and Selective Realty.

I like this column, but it would be much more useful if you would actually go to look at the houses you feature instead of just taking information from austinhomesearch. I've seen the interior of some of the houses you've listed, and some ain't pretty.

The Statesman sucks. They've taken to advertising themselves in the Chronicle. Worlds colliding.
