Hot Real Estate Listings: 78721

For Sale Banner.jpg

It's pretty clear that the majority of the homes for sale near downtown in a semi-reasonable price range are on the east side of I-35. Plus, we heard a rumor that far east Austin is the next Round Rock. We'd rather have an older home a little closer to downtown, so this week we're looking at 78721. 21-4ever!

3209E17th.jpg3209 East 17th Street - $197,900, 1,242 built in 1925 and recently remodeled. Maybe we would have made some different choices in the bathroom, but generally pretty good. Nice floors and windows. Close to Manor hotness and Mueller.

4205Leslie.jpg4205 Leslie - $130,000, 1,924 square feet. Built in 1966. Um ... whoa. No interior pics, but the outside looks totally aweome.

1108Christie.jpg1108 Christie - $55,000, 640 square feet. Built in 1969. On the one hand, this looks a bit like a shack. On the other, it has a nice lot, good trees, and it costs less than an H2. A lot of you were choosing between buying a house and an H2, right? Go with the house.

1137Richardline.jpg1137 Richardline - $115,000, 800 square feet. Small, but cute, and the recent renovation looks good. Nice lot with a cool fence.
