2302 Woodmont - $375,000, 1,068 square feet. Built in 1948. Just listed. One of the cheapest listings in the '03 right now, especially if you cut out those that back to MoPac. This one (like the previous one) is still a little close to the highway, but not overpoweringly so. Ceilings look a little low, but that could be pic distortion. Great old part of Tarrytown.

2708 Carlton - $479,900, 1,876 square feet. Built in 1956. See that? As we move north and west, we progress from the 30's, to the 40's, to the 50's! History is awesome. This one has been on the market for a while, and it sounds like they are hungry for an offer. Good sized house, big lot.

3 Niles - $6,700,000, 9,777 square feet. Built in 1926. Ah, the 1920's. Martinis with Nick and Daisy ... such fond memories. Anyhoo ... if it cost's less than seven digits it just don't look right on you? Heard that. A rather ostentatious abode.
