Vestige Group's Muses: Two Weekends Only

This Old House

It's getting downright trendy to stage productions in people's houses these days. Not the sort to be left behind, the Vestige Group (who we've mentioned before) is producing a very intriguing new work, The Muses: Memories of a House.

Described as "original scenes and monologues taking place in a house, The Muses was written by award winning and developing playwrights from across the U.S." Basically, you slip on your comfiest, quietest shoes, go to an undisclosed Central Austin home, and walk around the house and garden, happening upon people who will speak their story to you. Like we said, intriguing.

The house is "off of 2222/Mopac in Central Austin" -- email or call (538-4769) the Vestige Group for specific directions.

The Muses: Memories of a House
Tonight and Saturday night @ 7 pm / Sunday @ 3 pm
Same schedule next weekend / Final performance September 17 @ 3 pm
Tix: $15 / $13 ACoT members, students, seniors
