Probably about $145K now...You gotta live far South to afford anything. But we got a 3 bdrm 1500 sq. ft. and a yard. Nice neighborhood. Tell someone to open a coffeeshop up in the strip mall that opened near a bunch of new condos on Brodie near Alexandria. We need a neighborhood coffeeshop. All that mall has right now is a mortgage place, cleaners, tax advisors and insurance company.
