Weekend Music Preview: Woven Bones Tour Kick-Off [Beerland / Friday]
Seems to have been a huge week out there for Missed Connections, with the largest number of posts we've seen in a while. So if you think you might have missed something, you better run check. As everyone starts taking advantage of the final days of summer before school begins, we're sure this week's crop will be a good harvest as well. Here's the best of last week.
I was playing croquet naked on my lawn, surrounded by garden gnomes. You screeched your silver SUV to a halt in front of my house and screamed, "What in God's name are you doing?!?" I replied, "Playing croquet," to which you looked at me blankly. After about half a minute, you sped off in a rush. Did we share a moment? Wanna come over and play with my mallet and balls?
Yep, this has happened to us more times than we want to admit. We just wish we could find some more folks to join our new naked croquet league. If interested please let us know.
I was at barton springs pool most of the day, did anyone miss me?
We just wanted to let you know that we missed you. Our day was udder shite because you felt it was okay to abandon your post, who do you think you are? Geez.
