Police Arrest Man in Murder of Warren Schwartz
As you all probably remember, Esther's Follies performer Warren "Ryder" Schwartz was brutally killed at the Travis Park apartment complex on May 28th. Today, police arrested Jacob Zeke Rubio, 23, on the charge of murder, a first-degree felony punishable by up to life in prison.
Police believe Scwartz may have witnessed Rubio burglarizing an apartment and that Rubio attacked him in order to cover-up his crime.
Police say they will release more information about the arrest later today.
