Opal Divine's, purveyor of wonderful drink and tasty bar food, is opening up their third location. The new location will be named Marina and located at Parmer and Mopac. They are currently renovating the old Sea Island building in the Fry's parking lot and plan to open in September. With a new Half Priced Books set to open in that same shopping center later this summer, we're afraid we'll be stopping by quite often.
