Austinist Giveaway: Rainer Maria at the Parish

Rainer Maria is emo, but not "stupid glasses and an even stupider haircut" emo like your 17-year-old brother and Rivers "Woe is Me" Cuomo. No, Rainer Maria is emo in a "this breaks my heart even though I'm 34, and I shouldn't be crying over an indie rock song" kind of way. You'd have to be real emotionally stunted to not get Rainer Maria. We're not just saying that, either. Listen to these songs.
