Looking at the list, they seem to be rating cities based on the highest amount of military firepower and soliders. I guess Camp Mabry ain't what she used to be.

Colorado Springs? I drove through there a few years ago. The place struck me as a typical military camp-follower town, only trashier than most. What criteria are they using to rate places?

yea, colorado springs is a great place to live... if you are white, conservative and christian. puhleeze.
