okay, forget Lauren Graham. I'm about to forgive the Emmy guys since they nominated Kathy Griffin's show on Bravo for Best Reality Program. Does this make her move off the D-List, though?

I gotta go with Kenneth on this one. Graham's work is a tad, well, one-dimensional. But she *is* a knockout. I'll give ya that.

Sorry but Lauren Graham has one persona: the exasperated, PMSey working mom with staccato conversational style. "Yes, mother I know you'd like to buy Rory a Ferrari, but it's not going to happen! Let's just drop it, OK?" She's gorgeous, and pretty funny, but it's a stretch to call her one of the "greatest comic actresses."

I wanted to like that "Closer" show, but Sedgwick's accent annoyed me. A LOT. And, yeah, I didn't realize "Thief" was a miniseries.

Thief as a miniseries? I thought it was supposed to be a full series that ended up canceled. I watched two episodes and then lost interest. Hope Kiera Sedgewick gets the Emmy for The Closer. That's a great show and she's a great character.
