<description>&lt;p&gt;Thanks for the post.  I just noticed Pig Out the other day, and want to go try it and that place across the street from it that says they specialize in &quot;Dirty Southern Style&quot; fried fish and chicken.  But when talking great eastside Bar-B-Q sandwiches, you should also try Lewis&apos; Bar-b-q in the tiny hot pink shack off MLK just west of Airport.  They have a combo sandwich that&apos;s piled high with brisket and sausage - probably weighs a half pound - for just over $4.  It&apos;s my favorite cheap meal.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
