Quantcast

Radio Kraft

Remember when Air America came to Austin? Now there's a new show called Workin' It that airs in 50+ markets around the country (not in Austin, unfortunately).

The show is a sometimes comedic look at the plight of today's workers in America. Not only that, but local voice talent Robert Kraft is featured as satirical figure Bill McManaman from the Workin' It News Desk, bringing us such gems as "When will you liberals learn? If God didn't want us to use pesticides, why would he make them so delicious?" The character is like a slightly dopey, male version of Ann Coulter.

Kraft also writes and does other characters for the show. His resume looks like your typical Austinite: recipient of the James A. Michner Undergraduate Fiction fellowship at UT, bounty hunter, radio talent, writer. Way to keep it Austin-y, man. We salute you, Robert Kraft.

You can listen to the show online or on XM Radio.
