Yep, they have been open for over a month, but starting tomorrow they will be open in the evening so we can enjoy the savoriness while avoiding the heat. Deelish!

the trailer's actually in floribunda's parking lot, just north of oltorf on lamar i think they've been open on and off for the past couple of weeks, but i've yet to try 'em out ... can't wait!

These are by far the best crepes I have ever had. My new Saturday ritual. They've been open almost 6 weeks now, located in the Floribunda parking lot near Oltorf and Lamar. mmmmm.

Thanks for the tip. I'll have to check this place out. You say it is between Floribunda and Flashback. But what street is that near? Also, you say it opens June 2, but from the picture it looks like they are already open.
