Family Fun with Kelly Willis on Sunday

If your family is looking for something fun to do this Sunday afternoon, you might want to visit Central Market. Milkscreen, Kelly Willis, Dr. Ari Brown, and Central Market are teaming up to raise awareness and funds for Mother's Milk Bank at Austin. Not only will face-painting be offered, but you can also get a nice massage while you listen to Kelly Willis and Matt the Electrician.

You may ask, "Just what exactly does the Milk Bank at Austin do?" The answer (from their press release):

"A non-profit organization, the Mothers' Milk Bank at Austin provides much needed milk to babies in neonatal intensive care units and several special care nurseries in the Austin area, as well as infants with a medical need throughout Texas and beyond. Human milk is especially critical for premature and sick infants, who are at 10-fold greater risk for acquiring devastating intestinal infections if they are fed formula instead of human milk. The Mothers' Milk Bank at Austin is in need of financial donations, and donations of breast milk from nursing mothers."

Visit Milkscreen's site for more information on the event.
