While the proper music festival begins tomorrow (at, ahem, 4:20pm), tonight they hosting a free kickoff party from 6-9pm. In addition to acoustic sets on the patio, our friend Kate and her buddy Ivy will be firedancing from 8-9pm.

Some of the artists scheduled to perform including Shawn Nelson and the Ramblers (Austin), The Steps (Austin), The Transcenders (Dallas), Ephraim Owens (Austin), Grassy Knoll Boys (Austin), Tea Leaf Green (SF), and RAQ (Burlington, VT). The official homepage has a ton of mp3s you can download, plus the full roster.

Passes to the weekend's activities (Friday through Saturday) are $25 if you pick 'em up today, or purchase invidual day passes for a bit higher.
