Austinist Giveaway: White Ghost Shivers @ The Parish, Tomorrow Night!

Mixing together everything from hokum blues, gypsy swing, bass walkin' ragtime, vaudeville theatrics, and more, Austin's White Ghost Shivers are one of our cherished local institutions who simply defy categorization. Hailed as last year's "Best None The Above Bands" by the Chronicle and SXSW, the Shivers this week released their latest album, Everyone's Got Em, what their label Chicken Ranch Records describes as "a smorgasbord of Cab Calloway, circus sideshow, KISS, cabaret, Hee Haw and Robert Johnson served up at Andy Kaufman's bat-mitzvah."

Tomorrow night, they'll be playing a special CD release show at The Parish Room, with Small Stars and Shanghai 5. To help them celebrate, Austinist is giving away heaps of wonderful WGS goodies: (2) pairs of tickets to the show tomorrow night and (2) copies of Everyone's Got Em. Wanna win?
