Don't Be Trippin', It's the Fusebox Festival

Wow, we know, that title was so lame (sorry 'bout that). But fortunately for you, dear lover of new theatre/dance/music/film/art/allofthosethingsmushedtogether this upcoming performance happening will not be lame. At all.
Brought to you by the always delightful Refraction Arts, this artistic melee will feature cutting edge work from the likes of Phil Soltanof of Mad Dog Theatre Company the Zellner Brothers, Sara Richardson of the Rude Mechs, Joe Swanberg of Nerve.com, Yellow Tape Construction Co, Gable Karsten, Lisa D'Amour, Torie Wiggins (performing Your Negro Tour Guide) and the return of Jacyln Pryor's floodlines -- but that's really just a sampling...we didn't transcribe the whole list of too-good-to-be-true goodies. There'll also be a day of site-specific pieces, Monday Happy Hours at the Blue Theater, screenings, talkbacks, blah blah blah -- check the website for all the details but just know it'll be awesome and should be taking up most of your free time for the rest of this month.
Oh yeah, and there's an opening night gala extravanganza this Friday 4/7, to follow Phil Soltanof's new piece -- created specifically for this festival -- just in case you haven't already burst with excitement. Beer! Wine! Dancing! What more could you ask?
[Ed. Note: We'll be publishing an interview with Ron Berry, Fusebox curator and Refraction Arts person extraodinaire! Look for it in the next day or so!]
Tickets, info, the super-nifty Fusebox pass and more via the Refraction Arts magical internet kingdom.
