Time to Take Stock of your Cooking Skills?

Wanting to better your cooking skills and make your meals tastier? You can learn the basics and take a class on how to make stocks, soups, and sauces from the Culinary Academy of Austin. The CAA offers small hands on classes that make it easy for you to learn instead of just watching someone prepare the food for you. Chef Kris Jakob will teach you the basics needed to whip up these sauces and help you use them to make several example dishes in class. The class will also include a lecture on the preparation of the five mother sauces, the sauces that are used to make all other sauces. The class includes tricks of the trade and will have you spicing up your meals in no time.
