SOS: They're Not Gonna Take It

SOS (Save Our Springs) Alliance filed suit yesterday against the City of Austin. SOS insists that the old "grandfathering" claim that the City of Austin used to approve the AMD building site violates the 1992 Save Our Springs ordinance (see more here). The AMD building site that-is-to-be has stirred up much environmental controversy (Austin Action Sanity Island has been blogging about it for a while, or see this other SOS-related site).
