More Camp than Camp David: The Sapphic Drag Fest

dragqueencut.jpg

Still cryin' in your latte because that invitation to the Oscars Grammys People's Choice Awards never came in the mail this year? Dry your sad-bastard tears because poppa Austinist has found an event just for you.

The Sapphic Drag Fest is a fundraiser/excuse to dress up for the Weird Sisters Theatre Collective. For ten bucks you get in, get food, and get beer. Cross-dressing is encouraged, but just in case you're coming straight from home and don't want the kids to find out, for a measly few dollars you can visit the Transformation Station, where they'll make you up as the gender of your choice. If you go, please, please, please take pictures and send them to us.

The Sapphic Drag Fest
