Broaden Your Horizons

flatbed.jpg

Normally, we call the place “Where Earth Meets Sky” the horizon, but apparently, we are uncultured and “Where Earth Meets Sky” is actually an art exhibit.

Presented by the Zuraach Collective, the exhibit highlights the cultural legacy of Mongolia. The opening will include live painting demonstrations (no, Bob Ross will not be on hand), throat singing, "morin huur" playing and folk dancing. The whole shebang kicks off this Sunday from 6-9 p.m. at the Creative Research Lab at Flatbed Press, but the art will be on display through March 20.

For more details, you can check the group’s web site.
