Today's paper had a blurb indicating that signups for residential green power are now going into a 'lottery' - i.e. they expect to not have enough slots to satisfy interest. http://www.statesman.com/business/content/business/stories/other/01/11greenpower.html

I had no problem signing up - but I think I printed something out from online and faxed it. They called me not much later and told me I was set, and I got a card in the mail saying the same thing.

Don't sign up online and expect it to work -- I tried twice a couple of years back and both times it was like sending information into a black hole. I think they're not focused very much on residential users...
