Rachel Goldstar and Azalia Snail at Beerland

Tonight after St. James plays Momo's, consider heading over to Beerland where Rollerderby Records is hosting their latest compilation release party. Their last compilation album, The Speed By Which We Fall, won rave reviews far and wide for its dazzling assortment of shoegaze/dreampop tracks from artists like My Education, The Somnambulants, Air Formation and Masculine Feminine (is that a Godard reference, we wonder?).

Tonight's show features sets by Rachel Goldstar and Azalia Snail - in the words of our tastemaking friends, "this will be a psyche night to remember." Those of you who can't make it out to Beerland later in the evening can also catch avant-garde pop songstress (as someone so aptly put it) at an in-store at End of An Ear at 7pm.
