Sheryl Cole, who is running for Place 6 on the Austin City Council in May, has launched her campaign website. Place 6 is currently held by Mayor Pro Tem Danny Thomas, but he will be giving up his seat to run against Will Wynn for mayor.Darrell Pierce and DeWayne Lofton are also running for the seat.
Ms. Cole's website is still a work in progress, giving little insight on the issues that concern Austin. We will provide a more in-depth post once her site is updated. We'll also make every effort to provide a "fair & balanced" report on all the candidates involved in our local elections. Stay tuned for more updates!

oh geez, i thought for the longest time that they were talking about sheryl crow running, which i thought was hilarious and ridiculous.
