Why Don't You Waddle On Over to the Armadillo Christmas Bazaar?

Mr_Dillo.jpg

For us, the Armadillo Christmas Bazaar truly announces the arrival of the holidays in Austin. Usually we can't count on the weather for that (although this year those 20-something degree days didn't hurt), nor do we expect to see snow. If we go downtown we might catch some spirit from the gaudy Christmas decorations along Congress, but probably not. There is just something about that Armadillo Christmas Bazaar, by golly.

And now, it's here! Up and running and ready for your patronage. The Bazaar began December 10th and will run through the 24th (perfect for unique, last minute gifts). It gives you a wonderful opportunity to avoid the mall and be part of something local and celebratory. Live music will be entertaining shoppers from 8pm-11pm every night, and one can compliment one's shopping merriment and music enjoyment with a warm beverage or snack.

The Bazaar is located downtown at The Austin Music Hall and is open daily from 11am-11pm. Admission is $3.00 on weekdays and $5.00 after 7pm and on weekends.
