Ooooh, that "no-diet diet" guy really annoys me, and I bet he annoys Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch even more. They've been extolling the virtues of Intuitive Eating for years. Like, ten years or more.

But I will say, it works. I read Tribole and Resch's book in 1998 or so, and found their approach to be very effective.
