Shake Your Booty

We need to get healthier. All the beer and pizza that makes up about 90% of our diet is going straight to our asses. Since we can't afford two seats on the airplane to get ourselves to see relatives for the holidays, we decided we should probably take on some kind of physical activity.

Yoga seemed cool, but our bodies really don't do that. It looks to be a little late in the season to take up swimming- and we're ashamed of aforementioned ass in a bathing suit. And running is just plain hard. Can't we do something that's a little more fun?

Little did we know that dancing has all of the benefits of a cardiovascular workout. Even though we're uncoordinated and shy and refuse to wear our tutu's in public...we're thinking (with a little alcohol) this could actually be something we'll show off at the booty clubs this weekend.

i believe it, man. i was dancing alot at a party on friday, and on saturday i was sore like i had done yoga! definitely a workout.
