I'm a waiter at Texicalli and it's really great to hear you guys saying such nice things about the place and the food we serve. In reply to ttrentham's post though, I just wanted to let everyone know that our hours have changed and our better now. We're now open from 11am-9pm Monday-Saturday. Anyway, glad all of you enjoy our food. I'll see you there. Eric

I live not too far from Texicalli and dig their food, but their crazy hours and the fact that I work way north mean that I hardly ever get to eat there. They're only open until 4pm on most days and they're closed on Sunday.

Dublin is my hometown, so I feel safe saying that Dublin Dr. Pepper, while delicious, does not balance the heart-wrenching desolation and gross bigotry the town exhibits. Moral of the story? If you're going to drink Dublin Dr. Pepper, for God's sake, DO IT IN AUSTIN!! Dublin is like poop in the soup for the country soul.

The queso fries are STOOPID delicious! It's soooooo worth the risk of immediate acute heart failure. So worth it.
