As you all probably know, Dave Chappelle is coming to Austin on November 13th. He has already sold out the Erwin Center and tickets on Craigslist are going for astronomical prices. Guess Dave isn’t missing Comedy Central too much, as tickets started at $45.

Well, if you weren’t quick enough on the draw to get tickets to the arena show, you are in luck. Dave has announced he will be playing an exclusive midnight show on Sunday night (13th) at midnight at La Zona Rosa. Yes…Dave Chappelle. La Zona Rosa. Sunday Night. Midnight.

Tickets will go on sale Monday the 7th at 10am.

Tickets are $45 or $50, depending on who you talk to and will be limited to two per order. Go here to buy tickets or call 1.866.IGETTIX. All tickets will be available for pickup the night of the show with I.D. at the box office at La Zona Rosa ONLY!!!

For anyone who buys us one of their two allowed tickets we will come with you, buy you drinks and face-punch anyone standing near you who screams, “I’m Rick James, bitch.”

The tickets and seating were done last minute, hence there is no seating chart online. If you want to find out where your seats are, the people at Direct Events have told me that you can call GetTix and they will explain it to you individually. There is not a seating chart online anywhere.

    enjoy the show, bitches

    *sigh*

ok, only got one ticket, and the reservation says "Section Level RS" and "Section M"--I have no idea what that means...since when did La Zona have either seats or sections??

On the plus side, I got Row 3, although once again, where is Section M?

Thanks for the headsup. I pulled two tickets at 10:00 on the dot this AM. They are the first seats in row 7 ... which prompts me to assume that the venue/promoter are hoarding rows 1-6.

  • I still think the whole Africa thing was some kind of Andy Kaufman-esque stunt.
