Anybody know what time DeLay's arraignment is tomorrow morning? I called the travis county courthouse and was told 9:00am, but then realized the clerk I talked to wasn't from Bob Perkins' court but some other judge's. Perkins' number just had me leave a message.

West Austin area State Rep. Todd Baxter is resigning. He was one of the members who received money from TRMPAC. You might remember him beating former SafePlace director Kelly White by 200 votes last year, after Baxter's wife sent an email calling White a "lying, male hating liberal." Look for a special election soon so the seat is filled in time for the next special session on school finance.
