Juicy Television This Sunday

We'd be remiss if we didn't remind you that the season premiere of Desperate Housewives is this Sunday at 8pm on ABC (KVUE). We loved this show last season, and this season the amazing Alfre Woodard joins the cast. While we are sad that Rex (Steven Culp) is dead, the thought of Alfre on the show really cheers us up. If you haven't seen Passion Fish yet, go rent it and see why we have high expectations for Ms. Woodard.

And after you watch DH, you can catch uber-skinny Meredith and her doctor clan in the season premiere of Grey's Anatomy (9pm, KVUE). While we couldn't care less about Meredith's travails (Ellen Pompeo doesn't do much for us), the show has a terrific supporting cast and great music to boot. We're eager to see what Christina (Sandra Oh) is going to do about her pregnancy, and how George (T. R. Knight) is dealing with his STD.

We're looking forward to Sunday nights again . . .
