Relief Through Music

As part of the ongoing effort to aid those displaced by Hurricane Katrina, 93.7 FM will host Rockin' Out & Helpin' Out: KLBJ Cares from Friday, September 9th through Monday, September 12th.

KLBJ will be broadcasting live for three days from the Hard Rock Café. Not only will they keep you posted about local relief efforts, they will also be accepting monetary, clothing and food donations at the venue.

In addition, you can "Pay to Play" your favorite KLBJ, Local Licks and "Never-Heard-On" songs, with all proceeds going directly towards Katrina relief efforts. There will also be a Silent Auction of items that KLBJ has collected over the years and a Corporate Challenge to see which Austin businesses can raise the most money.

So, head down to the Hard Rock this weekend and help KLBJ help others.
