Tomorrow night, show off your wicked dance moves while helping out Katrina victims with Waxploitation! DJs' "Long Live New Orleans" soul-funk-boogaloo dance-party benefit at Red Scoot Inn. Starting at 9pm, you can catch a solid five hour show featuring DJs Little Danny, Greg Most, Dr. Rhythm, and The Soul Bandit - plus a "Special Mystery Guest" yet to be announced.

At midnight, with MC Obatallah on the mic, Waxploitation! DJs will unleash a rockdonkulous set of full-on New Orleans funk - given that the city brought us The Meters, Lee Dorsey, and Dixie Cups, we're sure this will be a show to remember. Did we really just say rockdonkulous?

Also, start tomorrow evening off right with a soul/R&B DJ set at Gene's New Orleans Restaurant from 6-8pm, where Waxploitation! DJs and "notorious local record collector" Dominic Welhouse and musician Eve Monsees promise to spin a set of rare and classic New Orleans vinyl. Check it.
