In a pinch I use La Fogata's Chipotle hot sauce, small jar w/ a yellow label by the chips.
When I'm feeling up to it then I make my own.

Pasta Fan's Salsa
Ingredients:
Roma tomatoes in season
Green onions
limes
garlic
cilantro
cayenne & cracked red chili peppers
salt

Dice tomatoes, for each roma chop 1 green onion, smash some garlic, add chilis to taste, add some lime juice and cilantro. Taste for salt.

mmmm! fresh!

I used to LOVE the (believe it or not) Serrano's salsa when they sold it at HEB. It tasted much better than the salsa they actually serve at their restaurants.

Does anyone know whether or not Vivo’s (off Manor) sells their salsa? My lord! It’s so delicious I just drowned in a rushing flood of my own saliva.
