Hey, Nerds, Listen Up! A "LOTR" Repeat Feast is Slated.

All you hobbits and foodies (and shut-ins and D&D wizards) out there rejoice. If you were not one of the lucky 174 people to get tickets to this weekend’s LOTR Feast, fret not; due to overwhelming response (and because they are good to their patrons) the Alamo is going to have a repeat performance of the feast on November 13th at the Alamo South. Tickets will go on sale next Friday, and we will try and remember to remind you. But come on, you’ve got technology (and twelve-sided die) at your fingertips; so mark it down, my pretties.
The feast features showings of all three installments of the LOTR, along with an absolutely insane serving of SEVEN hobbit meals served at “hobbit feeding time.” (Um, ok.) The all-encompassing (minus alcohol) cost is $88 a hobbit. (Unfortunately there will not be any Longbottom Leaf from the Shire, either.) So all you elves, orcs, wizards, hobbits, dwarves, trolls, goblins, nazgul and horsemen, start saving up your mithriels and find your online date now because this first LOTR Feast sold out ‘insanely fast,’ according to the Alamo, meaning the next one will too. Because, face it, these people are somewhat fanatical.
