Yellow haze cast over media
Austinist struggles to find top local news stories to post, as Lance Armstrong's 7th win is pretty much the only thing the paid media cares about right now. [Statesman]

Hmmm....can't seem to find any here .

Ah, here, after a huge Web monument to Lance, there's a teensy picture of the Austin man who was found after being lost for five days in Hawaii. Lance was overhead saying, "Gilbert Dewey Gaedcke III? Never heard of the guy!" So, they put another picture of him and his virtual bike tour down below Gil's picture to appease Lance.

We checked Fox7News, and are still laughing as they have completely turned their noses up at Lance. Ain't a damn thing on him. Not on their Austin Area News page, not on their Texas news page, or their National News page. Maybe they plan on getting around to it later today, because their top story says Gil's still missing, and clearly he is not. Oh, Fox, how we love thee.
